Plant-based foods are the key. Plants are naturally anti-inflammatory and high in fiber, and do not contain any of the additives found in highly processed foods. 

Adjustments may need to be made to eliminate known allergens or trigger foods.

Physical activity

The muscle contraction produced during exercise acts by releasing a multitude of substances known as myokines.  One of them, interleukin-6, would act by reducing systemic inflammation
